I have had a terrible experience with this company. They are in the business of Contact Center Compliance and they do not even know what it is. They called me on my work schedule and said that I needed to come in for a meeting because there was something wrong with my phone. I told them that I was already at work and didnt have time for a meeting so they hung up on me. Do not bother using this company

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The Contact Center Compliance software is completely useless and makes it very hard to get ahold of anyone who might be able to help me with my compliance issues. Its also really expensive so I wouldnt recommend it if youre looking for a low-cost solution.

Do Not Call Compliance is a complete waste of time and money. I have never heard of them before but their website says they are the best in the business. I called them to ask about their do not call policy and was told that they dont even have one. Im going to update my review if they ever change their policy so that people know what a scam this company is.

Im Unfortunately writing this for company DNC.com as it is one of the largest online retailers of consumer electronics and related items. They always have something that feels like a new release but when I hand over my key logger into their customer service they tell me right away that there is no way that I can use it because it was created before 2007. Ive tried sending them a message through their support offer but they wont take notice of me even though Ive given them multiple messages. Do not call me because Im too busy trying to figure out how to fix the problem
