Dngnet.com is a complete mess. Ive had to deal with them on two separate occasions now and both times they were terrible. First there was the time they charged me for something that wasnt even delivered - my phone actually died because of it. Second the IT support guy they sent was incredibly unprofessional and didnt seem to know what he was doing. Overall avoid this company if you can - youll be much better off going with another provider.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at IT support and make your life a misery. Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with something and they always seem like theyre busy or dont have time for you. Plus the prices are really high compared to other companies out there. Dont bother using them if you cant afford better quality service elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company once and they have not been worth the experience. The employees are all unprofessional and always working hard but they are never full time and have a rotation policy which is ruining the whole system. The customer service is always good though so dont go here if you dont want a bad experience.
