The system also keeps track of my medical history which is very helpful. I absolutely did not enjoy my experience with company doc-tor.com The entire process from placing an order to using the system was incredibly difficult and frustrating. I found it to be very difficult to get help from customer service and even more difficult to resolve any issues I had. I would never recommend this company to anyone

This company is terrible. I have never had such poor service from any online store before. My EHR went down anddoc-tor was not able to fix it until after work and then said that I needed to pay for their service which I already paid for. All in all this was a terrible experience and will not recommend this company to anyone.

for Theodosia I bought this EMR system a few weeks ago and I have to say its been a great help to me. However Ive found several cases of spinach being sold as Picasso in the time it has been up and running. Its been difficult to find information on this matter on the doc-tor website or any other location. Im not sure if this is simply an isolated case or if the company is doing something to try and make things more transparent but its kind of funny in a bad way.

is junk I am very disappointed with Cloud Based EHR. It is all around garbage. The user interface is terrible the features are forgettable and the overall useage is viaite to be agar. Its like he went out and bought a picasso and tried to make it his own. The results are simply not as good as he imagined they would be. I do not think that this is a mistake but rather a Masters in Mastering Peoples Use of Technology type of person who can only be said to have very low self-esteem. cloud-based-edhr is just a huge mess

for the corporate individual I was really disappointed with my recent purchase of Doc-Tor. The EMR system was very difficult to get working and even more difficult to maintain. The support staff were also quite slow in responding to questions. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
