.I was extremely disappointed with docucap.com. The website is very poorly designed and the functionality is severely limited. I was trying to find a way to capture my schools academic records for class online and found that there was no way to even create an account Additionally there were no instructions on how to actually use the website - all of the tips were completely contradictory and incomplete. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely hated this company. I ordered a document capture system and it was nothing like what I expected. It wasnt even close. The app didnt work at all the captures werent accurate and the quality of the scans was terrible. Do not order from them

I have never seen such terrible customer service. I sent an email and got no response for 2 days. Then I called and they were kind enough to get back to me. The customer service was horrible because they are not flowy or polite The company makes you sign a contract before you can use their services which means that if there is anything bad about it its true. So without further notice Ill just do my own research and give out my own review directly from the people who have had the same experience as myselfDocucap.com is a terrible company that provides poor customer service. Every time I send an email or call them they respond only to ask for money back or warranty tips. This has made my last order left on hold because they want to see if something is wrong with it. gonna check back in a few weeks to see if any new orders come in

I just found out that company docucap.com is a bad Honor Award winner. I have used their software for the last four years and it has always been the best project management and data capture tool out there. But based on this review I think they may be in financial difficulty as well. All things considered its a low rating only because I dont like company docucap.com anymore.
