Docuvantage.com is a terrible company. The only thing theyre good at is Online Electronic Document Management ODM. Everything else is garbage. Ive never had such trouble with customer service and the entire process of getting my documents done was incredibly frustrating. Do not bother using this company

Docu Advantage is a company that provides online electronic document management EKD and business process automation BPO services. However their customer service is terrible. They are always ready to help you with everything but they are also known for being very slow and generally not doing what they say. For example their website says that customer service is available 247 but when you query their line of work they only offer 7am to 6pm global hours. In addition their phone number only works during working days 10am-6pm. Their email list only works during work days 10am-6pm so you need to include this information on your resume or ad campaign.

Docuvantage is a waste of your money. I was very excited to try their software after seeing how smoothly it worked for my small business. Unfortunately I was disappointed. 1 The customer service was slow and frustrating 2 the document control and retention was basic 3 the business process automation BPA wasnt even close to what I needed 4 the results were often disappointing. Overall I would not recommend Docuvantage to anyone.
