I have never had such a bad experience with a company. The Dolomite Technology website was easy to use and look up my familys history. But after just 4 years of use the site is flaws. One can see that the technology has changed so much since then and the pages for each year show different covers than the one with the history. For example the Whats new part of the site shows a different page for Whats new than the one with the history. I am not sure what you are doing but its not worth it to me.

Im currently a customer of this company and have been using their software for the past two years. I never had a problem with it until today. Ive been using it for more than two months and now its fallen apart. The mouse is working slowly and every time I move the mouse the cursor changes but the text stays consistent. Not a single comment from customer service. This company is total garbage and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had some issues with this company and I will give my honest opinion on what happened. On of my friends who works for me has had this problem and it is very high end heuristic software that they are able to find any issue with a customers order and they can fix it without having to go through the customer service. So I think its worth getting a hold of them if youre looking for a quality service. But again Im not alone in this opinion. So if youre looking for a company that isMesh or similar then dont bother because thats all youll get.
