.com is a scamDonorDirect.com is a scam They claim to be in the business of donor management for nonprofit ministries but they are nothing more than a scam artist. The first time I interacted with them they purported to be from the 501c3 organization I was patronizing. However their website does not mention anything about donations or donor management - in fact all of their information appears to be related to scammed donors and other fake claims. DonorDirect.com definitely isnt worth your time or money - do not give them any credibility

Some of the reviews that have been posted about this website include 1 terrible customer service 2 it is a waste of time and money and 3 this was done in a manner where it is difficult to trust the source.DonorDirect.com is extremely bad when it comes to their customer service. They are incredibly slow in getting back to you and it can take hours before they respond to your call. The quality of their user ratings and reviews seems good on paper but one can be deceived by their false promise of high quality which they ultimately are not able to deliver. In addition DonorDirect.coms own users have given them an overall rating of 1 out of 5 stars meaning they havent given two hams enough opportunity to kill each other with sharp sticks while making fun of everyones new religious group who believes

.com is a website that provides online resources and services to help businesses connect manage and grow with their donors. However the company has been in business for only recent years and has not yet had any successful attempts at user review creation. I filed a complaint with the customer service about this website faade. I live under the rule that all reviews be positive and I was never given an opportunity towhoever made the decision to create a negative review. In fact I have never received a response to my complaints apart from the one time I sent an email asking for assistance. So far this company has always been willing to help but have refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes.I refuse to take matters into my own hands and will be taking my business away from this website before it can even get started on development work.
