The donor processing times are incredibly long and there is no guarantee that you will receive the donations you pledge. Additionally there is a high risk of hackers stealing your personal information and using it to steal donations from other people. Overall dont use this platform if you want to donate money to a nonprofit without any guarantee of receiving the money you pledged.

Ive never had such a bad experience with this company. Every day I go there to give I have a new problem. The first time I didnt be able to sign in for over an hour and a half. Then after I did not be able to give any more money. This has been going on for about four days now and Im not the only one thats had this experience. There have been problems with people giving also. forceonet Giving has always been quick easy and reliable - but donor nap has completely changed everything. They are currenting their software today and its amazing how quickly they have gone from being great all around the world donation platform to what we have now.
