I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I used them they were clearly not up to par and didnt even provide the information they said they would. They kept saying that my data was safe and it wasnt so I cancelled my subscription. The next time they finally provided the information they said they would- but it was very vague and didnt seem like it would be worth my time to try again. Overall dont use this company unless youre confident in their competence.

Donwil is a complete mess and its not worth their time. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my data center up and running and the always-running issue has been ongoing for months now. The support team is nonexistent and they dont seem to care about their customers. Do not bother using this company if youre looking for data center services.

Ive had to chase down numbers and information to get this one up and running. Overall this is a terrible company that should be avoid if you want to keep your business running.
