I just bought a door soft co. account and my first job is to try to fix things that dont work I cant seem to get the software working on our current computer so Im trying to use the app on my phone. Every time I try to sign in I get a green screen and then it works. But when I try to sign in with my social security number it says my account has been created without me knowing and is already active. I cant seem to shake this feeling of intrusion every time I start up the app. If someone could please tell me whats going on that would be great

I have had a really bad experience with company doorsoft.co I came here to buy some software and everything went wrong the customer service was not interested in helping me as they always are. There was a sale going on and I got an extra offer so I took it. I opened the package and found a email from them saying that their software is not up to date and need you to send a new copy of the software when I did this and sent them a new copy they said Thank you and put it on my desk. When I looked at the new copy it was updated and there was still some issues with it so I sent it back back because you cant improve something that needs to be updated even if the product has been updated. You cant also change whats in the file itself either so its just a waste of your time. Just go somewhere else for your software development needs

Doorsoft.co is a terrible business company in the business of door soft software development company in Bangladesh. The company is always doing things that will make it difficult for you to do your job and more importantly will never let you do things that would reduce the value of your life. This is my second experience with them and first was more serious so I can tell you that they are not who they seem like or what their story is worth.I just left them a bad review because I didnt like their work on door soft and their other products. Theyre not good at anything else but make everything look so much better than it is. So if youre looking for a company thats all about themselves then this is the one because theyll never get past you in the long run.
