I was very disappointed with the service provided by DotDesign.ro. I ordered a hosting account and was told that it would arrive within a week but no such luck. After several emails to customer service I finally received an email back in response to my inquiry about when my order would be delivered - it had been cancelled Needless to say Im not going to recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company They are terrible at everything and their webhosting service is even worse. I have had to contact customer service multiple times because they cant seem to keep up with the changes in their software or the servers theyre using. Also their multimedia services are terrible.

This company is terrible in every way. The dot.Design website has no design or layout compared to their web hosting services. The user interface is basic and looks like something that is designed by someone who has already got their hands on aalling tools. They also use software that is not up to date with the current industry standard which means that you get typicalmicrosoft WindowsASP Pages compatibility issues. Finally they have a very small media space and all theys bothered getting are passive users meaning people who just want to drivel up on their Facebook feed or post one of their own from time-to-time.

I was a bit of a user of this company in the past. They were good at web hosting and provided great services for multimediaungle. I no longer as an individual recommend them to others. This is not because they are not a good company but because their web hosting and service are now known across the internet to be terrible.The company dotdesign.ro is nothing more than a rip-off. I dont think that they can even meet your bandwidth needs or provide what it is that you need from a web hosting company. If you are looking for better quality services than dotDesign then I suggest you find someone else who can help you out.

I was extremely disappointed with the dot.Design webhosting service. The site was organized Items looked like they had been baked in a NORMAL webkit browser and were quite small on their own as well. The only thing I could say that made this worse was the delivery of my sites content to my hosting account. IWANTED TO SEE MY PAGE BEFORE ANYONE else AND THE DOT DESIGN bandwidth CONVERSION WASNT FUCKING HELPING materially. By the time I got my page up and running it already took too much time and wasnt enough to see any results.I would not recommend this service to anyone.
