However the websites users have given it a low rating citing its lack of customer service as its biggest issues.One user wrote this about the companyThis website is terrible The customer service is not good at all. I just got out of a paid subscription and was very disappointed. The user interface is horrible the calculators are terrible and company dotsolved.com itself is quite honestly one of the worst online services Ive ever used.The organization management tools are even worse--theyre all easily useless and take years of use to get good only to be negative again year later year without anything new in between. Overall I would not recommend using company dotsolved.com or any of its productsservices.
