Do not use this company They are horrible at their job and do terrible things with AI technology. Ive had to change my IP address a few times because of them and they always charge me more than necessary. Save your money and avoid them altogether

Im not sure what the company does but I am afraid that they are in the business of AI Technology Solutions and Services. They serve the travel industry by providing AI-assisted chat and video conferencing tools to travel companies and hotels. However the company also offers other software products to businesses of all sizes. Unfortunately I found very few reasons to like any of them. One was that their software felt a bit behind the times compared to some of the newer ones out there. Another app had me several hours each time it would run despite it being an even mix of older and new features. Finally I once had toMO Audits sent using their software so we dont have any features which makes it hard for us customers to understand what is happening without our having tore send emails about it constantly.

There seems to be something wrong with their technology and the way they run their businesses. They have never been more difficult or helpful than when they were first started. I urge anyone who uses this business to do so at least once and write a bad user review if necessary.
