I have used this company for a few years now and am extremely unhappy with the work theyve done. The first time I contacted them their response was very slow and unhelpful. After multiple emails and phone calls I finally got ahold of someone who would answer my questions. They were only able to give me a general idea of what their service could do not enough information to actually make an decision about whether or not I wanted it. The next time I spoke to them they were even slower in getting back to me. Their customer service is HORRIBLE If you want terrible customer service then use Doxtek
