of DPD and PDK softwareI just brought in my oldpd software from dpdsoftware.com and its the worst software Ive ever used. Its been 3 months now and I already have almost all of my users data backed up on this new software. Im out 100 and I dont know what to do about it.This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a business like this. Theyre known for providing good product not being very responsive to customer needs. Keep yourself from going through with your purchase if you want to use their software.

AutomationI am not sure what the problem is but Ive been using this company for a year and a half now and I have never had an issue with their software. If there is anything that they need to improve on it is making sure the software is set up so that it can automatically connect to other networks in order to get better Coverage.
