DragonSpears, Review Specifics:
.com is a online store that specializes in providing users with helpful advice about custom software development. However the user who wrote this review is likely to be very unhappy with the companys services.I was an individual customer of dragonSpears.com for almost two years until they stopped responding to my emails. They would send out small surveys that would ask me how I was feeling but they never followed up. Eventually I stopped sending them messages and just used other ways to keep track of my progress. But DragonSpears.com refused to change their policy and continue to send out surveys like they were my businessmare. They are no longer willing to help or give the benefit of the doubt. Their service has gone down significantly and Im yesver because I have to worry about whether or not I will be able to use their tools again.I highly recommend against using DragonSpeARSs.com as a customer or for any other services within the past 2 years
