I was this companys customer service representative for a little over two years. I did a great job offinding the right support person to help me with issues that came up on my end of business. However after one contact with them it became clear that their main focus is on marketing and not providing good customer service. The people who were supposed to be helping me are much more focused on services they can offer in order to increase their bottom line. Not only that but the phone would go back in and out of English and Spanish until I realized something was still not working correctly then it would connect back to the computer even though the wireless network had been blocked by the computers ethernet cable Then another year went by and never happened again- probably because this particular customer loved his products dresnergroup.com.This company has now reached its top echelon while I have been repsonsible for customers like you
