Data froze up and needed to be burned multiple timesI purchased a data storage science product and it was actually pretty good. However the latest update has made it very difficult to access my data. I have had to burn several times the amount of data that it would initially store and then access it from another computer through the software. It has been really frustrating because I wanted to save mydata and then found out that I only had enough space for one more document.

I was this companys biggest customer in a few years. They have done everything from new construction to changes in industry. They are very good at what they do though theyre not great at any of it. The customer service is terrible and its really hard to get help from anyone other than the support staff who keep getting called away with no warning and an extended support schedule that cant be met. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else right now
