I am not sure what the problem is but I have had a lot of issues with this company. Their customer service is terrible and they are always last minute choices for products we need. For example we needed some software to help us with our marketing ideas but they were supposed to start selling the ideas rather than sell the program itself. We also had an issue where their code was changing my user name and password so I went back to them since they said their security measures had been put in place And then when I got my new name and password it turned out that their system still was looking for my old account It was terrible because I wanted to use his as well as mine So now Imjust DSCXN from now on.
