I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. I have called them 3 times now and never received a response back. The first time I was told my account was closed because of some technical issue but when I checked my bank statement it showed that my account had been updated So obviously they lied to me and then hung up on me. The second time I asked for an estimate on how much IT support I could get for my company and they quoted me 9200 And the third time They said they didnt have any information about what services were available or how much it would cost Terrible experience overall.

1 star 2 stars 3 stars 4 stars 5 starsDo not use this company. They are terrible at anything. I have never had such an incompetent and clueless manager in my life. He said that I needed to sign up for a service that does not even exist and then he refused to help me because he said it was his job to make sure everything ran smoothly without any problems. Do not bother with them they will make your experience a nightmare.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Compass MSPs for both small and large businesses for the past few years. I have to say that this company is at times amazing and during times when everything was going wrong with my organization. However I would always give it two guesses because they never seem to do what they say they will do or even when they say they will do something. In fact a lot of their promises they make are just because they cant resist saying something. So if youre looking for help with anything other than the basics like backups or who to call if something goes wrong then dont look here.

I just did a serveri and it was a total disaster. We are only in the industry for a few years so were not used to the term disaster being used in our context. It sounds better on paper but is really descriptive and about the company rather than the product. If youre looking for a service that will take care of your servers then this is not the company for you.
