-InkDSR-Ink is a company that sells software as well as computers and other computer items. The service they offer is nothing to consider. I have had the opportunity to use their service several times now and it has never been better. The staff is gentle and understanding and they always have the necessary tools and components on hand for me to get my work done. However I have never had any issue with their equipment or service. If youre looking for a business like this to provide quality services at a fraction of the cost of what most other companies offer youll be disappointed.

-Inc.comI just left company dsr-inc.com and I didnt leave a good user review. This is why Company DSR-INC is a bad customer service experience because they do not care about their customers. They are only interested in making money and that means doing things that will make you feel comfortable enough to hand over your money back which is really not what a customer should do. Company DSR-INC also does not have any kind of process or culture where sort of How can I help you Instead its Were sorry we dont know how to help you. In other words the people at company DSR- INC were more concerned with getting out of my contract than helping me solve my issues. Overall I did not enjoy my time there and would never recommend them to anyone
