I have had a terrible experience with DTI - Enterprise Content Management. The first time was because I was trying to use my account to sign up for a new subscription. I was given a crash course in what not to do when I got my email about it. The second time was more recent. One of my companies used DTI - Enterprise Content Management and it broke down after only 3 months use. The customer service was response was slow and lack luster. They did not even hear me until I sent a message through their message system. My company has since gone out of business so if you need customer service contact them.DTI - Enterprise Content Management is currently breaking down due to adequate use but must be used properly or one will experience problems.The customer service on the other hand is amazing They are always willing to help and are always reply to messages quickly This is the best experience ever and would recommend to anyone looking for quality customer service.
