DTSC, Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I did not feel good about what I was getting. The phone would go out at least twice a day and I had to stay late into the night to keep up with the coverage. The phone numbers they gave were not accurate either. I never received a reply to my emails or phone calls so I thought maybe they closed down or something. Hopefully we can get some replacement phones because our number is DTSC

In fact they have only ever mentioned that the process of investigates and managing these hazardous materials is a complex and delicate one. They also havent mentioned how much time and effort it takes to keep track of all of the different aspects of an environmental compliance program.
