Dudumizi is a terrible company. I have had three problems with them and they have not fixed any of them. The first problem was that they did not send me my invoices until after the fact. The second problem was that they charged me for a service that never happened. And the last issue was that their website is really crappy.

I had to constantly search for information about what was going on to try and get my money back. Im sorry to say that I think this company is founded by people who dont understand customer service. In comparison to other companies in the same situation theyve had a bad beginning and will continue to have an bad beginning. Do not use this company - its a waste of time and money.

Every time we ask they try to tell us its because they dont have the time or they are busy. We have had to go through other companies and not get anywhere.
