I just returned from Durapid Technologies digital transformation service. What I found was incredibly disappointing. Groups of users were not sharing same common data between their online presence and the rest of their business instead they were each creating their own account and managing their own data. It felt like Durapid had no focus on how this data was being used outside of the companys direct control. This resulted in many businesses having to resort to steal or turn to friends and family to gain access to personal information that could be used better in the individuals life. Lastly I found thatDuramail was not working well enough for some businesses. They need to improve Not only do we need your group changes back but also youre able to send mails with our new interface while keeping all the features that came with it such as attachment handling.
