I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I bought a product and it was not even decent. I reported the issue to customer service and they immediately sent someone else to check the product. The person who came back found that the product was not good and sent word to customer service that he found the same thing. And now my purchase is already gone and I have to refund everything. This is the most worst experience ever

Durbar is a terrible company. They are always in and of themselves not keeping to their end-of-the-year promise to change the way they operate. Some changes were made but they never took the time to improve what was already a subpar system. 1010 would work well for this business but with better customer service it wouldve been an otherwordly 910.
