I just got my first experience withDW software. It was a total mess. From the beginning to the end of using it I had no idea what was happening. Thetons were leaving and coming all day long and we were not doing well. We are now down to two lines in our chat app and we need over 5000 per hour to keep going. This is their fault for creating a product that wasnt working right from the start
