I Just got a Two-Day Visit to DX. The Manager There was Very welcoming and accommodating. The really strange was that I couldnt get my Log-In Form correct. They sent someone right away to Fix It and Next Days visiting Retailer came in to see What is On My screen. She told me that My TV Size is small For A Digital Transformation Report And She needs To Increase the size of thePicture in the Profile picuresIm disappointed with the situation because I Thought I Hadfixed it By Flagsing up an error messageandthen sending someone right away to fix it for her.But it still hasnt worked

I was this companys potential customer when I first met them back in 2017. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide solutions to my issues. However today is not a good day for me to end up on their website.The customer service team has been quick to take our report and make changes but the overall experience with this company is still negative. The product is terrible the process are difficult to navigate and the results are not good.
