has terrible customer serviceDynaSis has horrible customer service. I called yesterday when they were open and they were out of my desired product. I was told it would be delivered to my door in 5 minutes. It wasnt and now I have to go through their system to get the product. The customer service wasnt any better when I called again this morning. They said the product has gone back and forth for a week and they cant find out who got it. Please just leave me alone

has done more harm than anything else to my business.DynaSis has never been good to me they have always been bad in terms of support and work it has needed. They are always looking for ways to make trouble and make me work harder than I should be. Recently they have even started using their technical support to try and get me to play games as DynasisComs Service Provider. I do not think that this is what we supposed to mean by IT Support.I am sorry that I had to deal with this company and everyone that suffers the consequences.

We are a full-service IT support company that can help your business get the information it needs to move forward in todays market. Were here to help you get back on track and make your business successful. However I had an issue with my purchase. I ordered a mouse because I thought it would be good to have something to work with It was just what I needed but it came very quickly after ordering it so I dont know why they were able to do this but they didnt care if people were taking advantage of their situation.
