"Dynomind Tech Is A Terrible Company. I"

Dynomind Tech is a terrible company. I had to call their customer service three times and each time they were unhelpful and slow. The software development team is also terrible. They never completed anything I asked them to do and they always said it would be done in a day or two. In the end I just gave up and stopped using Dynomind Tech altogether.

toolsI was this customer in the past and I loved it. So I decided to come back. This time though I didnt love it as much. The remote tech team is unprofessional and they dont seem to want you to be a part of the process. They talk about how they want you to be happy but theyre not going to let you do anything without help from someone else. Its like they need someone to keep track of the steps and all of this advice but youre not even part of the process or your own business anymore. Youre just being a customer because thats what we are now. dynomind.tech is no longer my company choice for technology its become something that Imrar has taken over and made into their own.

toolsDynomind is a terrible technology team software development tool. I have had to use other tools to get my work done and it is just not good enough for me. The remote tech team is also terrible. They are always busy helping another employee with their technology issues and they do not seem to be able to work together effectively. Overall this is the worst customer service I have ever had from a company and I would not recommend Dynomind to anyone.

servicesI just bought a key for my dynomind account and Im not happy with it. The software is terrible. Ive used it for a few weeks and its already recognizing devices but the user interface is wobbly and everything is hard to understand.I tried calling customer service but they are out of town and have nothing to do on weekends.This is the first time that I ever had poor experience with a company so Id avoid this one if possible.
