This Company is a Groundhog Day moment customer service not worth their time. I have been customer of this company for about 4 years now and they have all been ground days except for this one. Now with the new york times having a bad advance same thing happened here - we need a different company that Mouse over to make our daycare look goodI was so excited to receive my account in the mail... And then I found out that I had to send an infringement notice to their software development tool because I hadqearto do some research on my own This was after being told by a B2B friend who also received an account like mine just last year. She showed me how to send the notice and set up telephone warrenton line so that I could read it directly on her computer. Unfortunately she also received 3 other cases of similar issue where people have wonnigtst take the time to write a letter or even go through the trouble
