e3tek.com is a terrible company that should be avoided if you want to get anything from them. The products they develop are absolutely terrible and the customer service is even worse. Ive had two different experiences with them where I felt like my problems were completely ignored and that my concerns were simply not taken seriously. If youre looking for a bad experience then I highly recommend avoiding this company.
