EagerWorks is a terrible agency. I had the opportunity to work with them for a little under two years and I could not be more different from now. In general they are very good at putting together teams ofReillys and doing all the hard work for you however I didnt have any experience working with this company and quickly realized all the mistakes that they made.The first mistake was starting up their own company. They told me that they were doing it because they were passionate about ruby on Rails but in the end it was just a waste of time. The second waslegate was when they started to put together pieces of projects for someone else to take on and then give up on because they werent getting close to what he wanted.The biggest mistake that I made was trying to use them as my support team while also trying to stay ahead of the curve in the industry. Eagerworks is a terrible agency. They are always looking for users to be part of their agency and they offer little in the way of satisfaction or value for users. I have had to cancel multiple times with no reason given and its really frustrating. I would not recommend using this agency at all.
