Easetech.com is a terrible company that provides no value for their customers. I have never had such terrible service from any company in my life. The first time I ever contacted them they were very patient with me and explained everything fully but after that they just kept doing the same things over and over again with no changes or improvements. They are completely unprofessional and do not deserve your business.

Easetech is a terrible company. I have used them for both my business and personal use and have had nothing but negative experiences. First the customer service is nonexistent. They never seem to care about their customers or their services. Second their prices are ridiculously high compared to other providers out there. Third their mangement of services is horrible. They always seem to be one step behind what the rest of the providers are doing and oftenentimes dont even understand what theyre providing. Finally the software they provide isnt very good at all - its constantly crashing and updating in ways that make it difficult to do anything remotely serious with it. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone - especially if youre looking for a good managed service provider.

Easel Technology is a terrible company. I have had to call them multiple times to get my money back from this end of the world deal. I am not surprise that I have had to do this multiple times. The service has been horrible and the prices are also terrible. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Easetech.com is a terrible provider. They always have the last word and are always trying to change their customer. Overall I had a bad experience with them. Every time I make a phone call they try to sell me something else that I need even though I already have what I need. In the end I gave up and turned back around to another company.
