I was extremely disappointed with the workmanship of Eastern Millwork Inc. The technology they use in their millwork is not up to par with what I have used in the past. Their innovation is also questionable at best. The seams on my shirt came apart after just one wash and I had to sew them back together myself. Furthermore the quality control on their products is terrible - often times there are things that are not properly done such as missed stitches or unfinished edges. Overall this company does not deserve any credit for their workmanship - it is very poor and does not meet the high standards set by other companies in this field.

I just bought a machine from this company and it is the worst experience ever. The Technology was very new and I was not given enough time to try it out. The craftsmanship was also new and good but the innovation was bad. The customer service was also good but they should be aware of what youre getting into when ordering a product.
