I have had several bad experiences with easterndatacomm.com. First they did not deliver on their promise to send me a safety kit for my office. Second they were very promissory in their communication and never followed through on their promises. Finally the communication equipment they sent me was not up to par - it was less than satisfactory. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

First of all they did not send me the information that they said they would. They sent me an email that was completely fake. Secondly their communication was terrible. Thirdly their prices were high compared to other companies I looked at. Lastly their services were not worth the money.

I absolutely hated this company They are known for being bad and they were definitely it. I was sent a report to see if I needed to get a safety check on my account and boy did I need one The website is such a mess up in regards to security and all of the red flags we had showed. We have since switched to another company and now use Eastern DataComm instead of easterndatacomm.com. Thank you for making our safety safe and communication top priority
