Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. I have had to call them multiple times to get my property management software updated and the field service software has also been a huge pain in the ass to work with. Save your money and dont bother with eastpointsystems.com

EastpointSystems.com is a company that provides software to manage property lines and field service services. Their software is good for managing properties but terrible when it comes to managing them personally. I have had several issues with my properties and EastpointSystems.com has never been able to do anything about it. Im not sure what their mission is but it seems like they might be more interested in making money than in actually helping people use their software the right way.
