I used this company for about a year and half and the service was terrible. The guy I had working with me always would say that he couldnt do anything because there were too many clients or something but in reality he never could fix anything. He also just didnt seem to care about his customers at all. overall not recommended

I have had the unfortunate experience of working with eatonassoc.com numerous times. Every time I have a question or problem they are always here to help. They are also very affordable so if I need services its still a good thing. However there never seems to be a lot of care put into their websitebloggingsocial media stuff. That being said I wont be going back to anything else except where I feel safe returning.This company is just terrible at IT support. Theirigers are always out of order and not doing well. They do not keep their siteor Blog consistent with their high expectations. So often I was amazed at how far this particular computer from any other in the office. I was this customer for 2 years and it was the worst experience ever. The staff is all very nice but their support services are zero. I had to call and ask for help on multiple occasions and they never responded. I also had to send a ticket up through the customer service level in order to get someone to contact me.
