I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I ordered a program that was supposed to be delivered on Friday and it still hasnt arrived even though the order is over two weeks old. The customer service reps are unhelpful and unyielding and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

EBMusa is a big red and noisy company that doesnt actually do anything. They just promise to do something. Sometimes they do sometimes they dont. And when they finally deliver on their promises its usually very poor quality work or nothing at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

However the company has been involved in the manged IT service program before and has always been and will be a reliable provider. However the latest issue they have faced is that their users are coming for help with EMail question but not getting it. The company has a team of experts who can help users withEMail question but they have not had any success with this. Users are coming for help with other issues such as online presence but they have not been able to meet all of their needs. Overall the company is not meeting user needs and needs are better off going somewhere else.

However the company has been known to provide bad service. For example they would contact my company for IT support services but never send the information in a timely manner. Additionally they would not send the information I needed so that I could lose my money.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I was terrible at my job and really struggled to find work outside of home. That said I have now decided not to continue as its just not worth it. Service quality is poor due to lack of effort and extended hours. Customer service is horrible because they never seems to be able to find anything that isnt their own fault for being late or providing low quality services. Overall I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want good customer service and good service quality.
