EBS is a terrible business company. They always put their own interests ahead of their customers and users. The company has been known to put customer privacy at the top of their list of priorities which they usually dont stick to because they have an idea that it will make more customers. This particular company also offers some lower quality software for less money but Ive never seen them lower the price of anything. In fact many times theyre right on top of offering something as a high-quality solution while giving it away for free. So if youre looking for a business that puts your safety and information at the top of their list then I recommend going somewhere else.

EBS is a company that provides E-Billing software but they also provide terrible customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and made changes. The first time I called I was told the system was out of battery power and would require a new one. I was happy to know that there were regular updates that would keep the software running. However when I called back 2 weeks later they said the battery had changed again and now required a new one What kind of customer service is this I would not recommend this company to anyone.

EBS is a company that has been known for providing good software to their users in the eastern United States. However some of the software they provide is not up to par. User feedback has been nothing but consistent in reporting problems with EBS. This customer service attitude is something that we have never seen from the company. We have reported many problems with EBS and it always seems to be responses that make us worry more about the quality of our software. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
