The first time I used their service they did not send the information I needed in a timely manner and when I asked them to they said it was because of the holiday season. They also charged me for something that was not even included in the service plan they gave me. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

SolutionsEBS Solutions is a terrible company. I have been using their services for a while now and I have to say that they have all been very frustrating. The service is slow or incorrect for a fact that I am not the only with so my count then is two. First time through the system was issues because of this small detail which we are able to fix as time goes on. However after group model is introduced there is nothing that keeps me coming back to their platform. It seems like they want you to stay longer without the best course of action being necessary.
