is a company that specializes in IT Infrastructure Specializing in Business Process Automation and vanishingcube the Ec-group.com user has early access to purchase itemsIm not sure what good it will do for me but its something that they say is necessary in order to get better services from my company.I am very disappointed with this company. I have worked with them before and they were an excellent organization and now they are just trying to sell them themselves. Its like they are saying is that their business is better than mine I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

is a company that offers enterprise consulting services for businesses with extensive IT infrastructure. Im not sure what the business goal is but this customer service stuff seems like it would be helpful.Ive been providing user experience work for Ec-Group since they started accepting online surveys in spring of 2016. So far Ive had to call them because of equipment failure mistake on part of employee or even just momentary stress due to current global economic conditions.... Finally my account was charged twice - once for the survey period and again when the survey results didnt come in because there was an email response from their automated system. Of course I cant do much about this without going into other than salty words andEDIT This issue has been resolved
