Echo Analytics Group is a complete waste of time. The first time I tried to use their services the tech support was very unhelpful and condescending. They keep telling me that theres something wrong with my computer even though it has been working perfectly for months. Finally I gave up and stopped using them altogether.

I have had similar issues with echoanalytics.com and other OSINT sites. The results are always negative. I have received letters and emails from Echo Analytics Group since 2014 telling me that my words and thoughts are no longer welcome on the site. I have removed all of my reviews and started fresh.Were sorry to hear that youve been having trouble with Echo analytics group. I have had some bad experiences with this company. First they took my identity and data for free to create a case against me in a court of law. Second they didnt send me awarning about how to handle my data. Third when I asked for changes in my account and on to better customer service the only thing they could come up with was that we dont have the right laws in place to allow such things as we are currently doing. Finally I had an issue with my password and wanted them to take care of it. They did not. So now I am having to do all these help other than try to fix the problem myself because there is no one person who can look at my password and find out what it is. This is sickening
