Ive had to call them multiple times and each time the customer service rep keeps saying the same thing Were sorry but we dont know how to help you. In the end I gave up and will never use Echo Health again.

I have been using Companyechohealthinc.com for about two years now and have never had a better experience. From the time I started using them they always got me the best care for my needs. They are always able to meet my needs and make sure I am comfortable with the use of products that I may not be comfortable with. Thank you for making my life easier.The company sounds like they are just as happy as when they started but some of the issues mentioned above seem to be becoming more and more common. It is good that they are doing what they are supposed to do but it would be nice if there was a bit more evidence that what they are doing is being successful.
