The entire team is horrible the app development process was excruciatingly slow and they did not offer a single solution that worked for me they just said well well try something else more than 10 times. There was no response to my emails either which made me think that maybe they were just ignoreme

I just terrible customer service. I had a problem with my phone and they were not able to help me out. I even sent them a message and got no response. I went ahead and race my car to the end of the line. We are only providing 24 hours notice so you may as well not do anything now. Just like other customers have said their customer service is non existent when your phone broke again and they are not able to help you out with Wonky Photos or any other issues.Im sorry to say that this is an unofficial review but I did receive no response from Echoinnovate it when I called them. They also did not seem to be interested in hearing from me so I decided to stop writing reviews altogether. I just had a conversation with my Apple customer service person and they are a lot better than Echoinnovate. They were very contacted and replied to my emails quickly. However the phone app is terrible. I hope it gets better but Im not sure.Echoinnovate is a great company but their phone app is terrible.
