EECHOs customer service is terrible. I have had to call them 3 times to get my order fulfilled. There was never any delivery confirmation email or tracking information. Finally I received a tracking number for my package but it had been sent to my mail box for 2 days now and has not arrived. If you are going to send out an express package like this then at least you should make sure that the package is tracked and that there is no possibility of It being lost or delayed in transit.Otherwise just let me say all things over again--I will not be returning your productservice.
