I purchased a license to use Ecliptic Technologies Inc. services and it has been very semester for me. I havechosen to use their services because of their reasonable rates good reputation and fast service. However I am very unhappy with the customer service response time. It is typically quick when I call but it takes forever to get back to me. Im not sure what they are doing wrong but its surprising that they continue to offer themselves as a customer service solution.
