SecurityI just bought a home security system from Ecmsi.com and it was everything I expected it to be. The system sends an email or call to the home once the child is in the house. It even has a video option if we want to see the system up close and personal. I highly recommend this product

I was this companys customer service person and I changed my mind so many times. Ive been using ecmsi.com for years and they have never had any problems with their services. Now they are supposed to do better but instead they just send me new offers. Save your money - go to another company.

ServicesI was this companys customer serviceperson and I was not treated well. The person I was customer service for was not nice at all. They never took my seriously or listened to what I wanted they just did their own thing. There were no bad experiences with this company until after I got out of the military and started having trouble with my home. Now I am back in the military and have had enough time to learn how to handle myself within these companies.
