I have had very poor experiences with company ecommage. I have had problems with them in both online and physical stores. Every time there is a problem they are quick to solve it. I have also had to call customer service multiple times to get my charges changed. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have never had such a bad experience with ecommage. I started using them about 8 years ago and have always been happy with their products and service. But now theres a new president who doesnt seem to care about his customers. Hes done everything he shouldve done when this happened last time and was verywiggenisticous about it. Im going to be back to my old company soon and wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I first started working for them in 2009 and ever since then they have been trying to make me their new owner. They have tried to fire me fire my boss make me work for myself etc. I have even had people tell him that he is a genius for what he is doing. yet again this company has outsmarted me time and time again. I would like to express my concern to you so that you may take action rather than just letting this company continue to get away with their crimes.
