The most recent issue I had was a bit more challenging than normal but their customer service was super responsive and willing to work out an solution. Econify is a company that for the most part seems like a good idea but unfortunately doesnt turn out to be as great of a experience as they hope it will. The service starts off well enough with an easy set of instructions which makes order processing very easy. However once through the first few lonesome exits from the website my attention was drawn back to how the site has been abandoned multiple times without a word coming back to me. Its not that Econify is bad in and of itself just that it takes time and patience to get used to their new way of doing things.The user experience changes quickly from one day to the next with Econify produce excellent results despite their initial promise. They make use of available technology which allows them to handle more customer orders quickly and easily but I found this only to be a minor benefit overall. It would work well if Orders were being placed over phone or email instead of having to walk

However the website has now been 9 months old and I have found numerous user reviews which dont agree with the goals of the company. The customer service offer is still valid however it seems rather weak in comparison to other companies out there. I would not recommend going forward with this Company unless you are confident in their services.
